Workshops

We are industry experts at creating bespoke workshops, with a recent commission being a national rollout of dance training for Sport Lead Practitioners for the Youth Sport Trust. We regularly create bespoke packages for national dance and sport bodies, Local Education Authorities, PDMs, SSCOs and individual schools.

No project is too large or too small! Whatever you want to teach is within our reach!

Our workshops are great for:

"At Yarm Primary we have involved Andrea Mallen and staff in a range of workshops with children across all primary aged classes; workshops with a range of schools as part of a major arts project, culminating in a showcase presentation; the provision of a series of Inset sessions on Dance for the whole staff. In all these instances the provision has been extremely exciting, creative, inspiring and highly effective. As well as my own staff I have received similar comments from other schools following the evaluations.

I can recommend Dance In Education Services to you with every confidence."
George Barber, Head Teacher, Yarm County Primary School

"A thoroughly enjoyable day. Everyone participated in the workshops, even the most reluctant! Over the 7 weeks the children have matured and taken part in activities that at one time they would not have considered. Miss Ashworth had a professional attitude throughout which engaged the children and instilled confidence. The whole project has been one of the most successful and different elements of the PLT programme. An annual event with this kind of support would be a great experience for other children. Thanks for all your hard work."
T Boanas, Oakridge Primary School.
